Houston has one of the richest Blue’s traditions of any city in the country. In the 50’s and early 60’s the Houston blues community was second to none. International legends Ray Charles, Sam Cook and B.B. King have roots here as well as local legends like I.J. Gosey, Texas Johnny Brown, Milton Hopkins, Lighting Hopkins, Earl Gilliam and many, many more. It is our desire to provide a venue that will expose Houston’s legendary Blues artist to new and old audiences while enjoying the finest in Gulf Coast cuisine.
Come enjoy these great musicians and full service dining from Danton’s highly acclaimed regular menu and Sunday specials sheet anytime between 11am-4pm. Some of the specials to look forward to are Eggs Benedict Danton, migas, snapper menuire, grilled pork tenderloin, duck and andouille gumbo, garlic soup and seasonal seafood specials. Specials change depending on availability and season.
Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome subject to seating availability.
