Everything on the menu is made daily from scratch with dishes like "Crab Danton", a soulful blend of jumbo, lump, blue crab meat with our signature white garlic remoulade sauce; "Debris", juicy, tender, slow-cooked pot roast layered with melted Swiss cheese served open-faced between two hunks of crusty French bread; hearty bowls of steaming gumbos; and Gulf classics from Stuffed Flounder to Shrimp Creole. Guests should also plan to save room for desserts like White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Créme Brule and more.
